Banff Centre accepting applications for two Indigenous Arts residencies

Mâwacihitowinihk Nikamowak: Indigenous Music Residency Deadline Aug. 12.
This three-week residency invites musicians of various genres to apply with the intention of developing songs that are nearly completed or finished to take into the final stages of development with support from faculty, peers and Banff Centre's audio production team.

Write Over Here: Indigenous Futurism Residency 2027 Deadline Sept. 23
This residency welcomes Indigenous screenwriters at various stages of their careers to apply individually or with a collaborator to work on adapting their work for the screen. Collaborators may include novelists, short story writers, or playwrights.
